Fire and Safety Training fill 200 and 300 bar cylinders for both Breathing Apparatus and Dive cylinders.
All staff are WorkSafe NZ Certified approved fillers.
Fire and Safety Training have a dedicated compressor (shown below) for this purpose.

Hydrostatic testing must follow the rules outlined in Guide to Gas Cylinders (WorkSafeNZ Feb 2020) Table 17 (page 73)
Steel cylinders: 5 Years Hydrotest
Alloy and Composite: 5 Years Hydrotest (changed from 3 years with the introduction of the Health and Safety at Work Hazardous Substances Regulations 2017 Schedule 22 which came into effect on 1 December 2017)
Dive Cylinders: 1 Year Visual and 2 Year Hydrotest
