Cylinder Filling

Fire and Safety Training fill 200 and 300 bar cylinders for both Breathing Apparatus and Dive cylinders.

All staff are ERMA Certified approved fillers.

Fire and Safety Training have recently purchased a new compressor (shown below) for this purpose.

Hydrostatic testing must follow the rules outlined in Guide to Gas Cylinders ( ERMA May 2011) Table 8.7

Steel cylinders                     5 Years Hydrotest

Alloy and Composite             3 Years Hydrotest

Dive Cylinders                      1 Year Visual  and   2 Year Hydrotest
